THESE ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO ALL SERVICES SUPPLIED TO YOU BY TRULY EXQUISITE. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BECAUSE THEY INCLUDE EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS IN RESPECT OF LIABILITY AND LOSS ARISING FROM THE SERVICES SUPPLIED BY TRULY EXQUISITE.
This site is owned and operated by Truly Exquisite Ltd, and is provided for your personal and non-commercial use only. All materials appearing on this site, including pictures, articles, information, site design, logos, digital images, video trademarks and other content, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement are the sole property of truly exquisite Ltd, Copyright 2015 - 2020, all rights reserved, Please know that downloading any information or any part of the website is not there to be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited commercially without our express written consent.
All contracts formed between Truly Exquisite Ltd and users shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English Law.
Any disputes not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales under English Law.
In addition, you must not use our web site in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the site itself – or access to it – to be interrupted, damaged or degraded in any way.
Customised products including Apple, Samsung, Beats by Dre or all our car models are not refundable as these products are made to order. We can only exchange goods within 7 days if the item has not been used in any way.
If plated finish is required or crystal or diamond bezel to be fitted please note that devices will be opened and a warranty of only 6 months will be offered by Truly Exquisite. If product is manufactured as being water resistant we will not be responsible for any water damage to the product as one the device is opened it will not be water resistant as manufactured.
No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and Truly Exquisite unless, and until, a confirmation email is sent by truly exquisite to you confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.
This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Truly Exquisite of your offer to buy goods or services from Truly Exquisite and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.
Truly Exquisite are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.
Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Prices shown on our website are excluding VAT.
Truly Exquisite does not accept online orders from anyone under eighteen. We ask those who are under eighteen years of age to not proceed with any orders and ask adults to proceed with the necessary procedures.
Truly Exquisite have the right to place an order on hold or cancel an order at anytime if a customer has made a chargeback claim. Any orders placed with a value of over £5000 will only be accepted via Bank Transfer.
All orders will be put on hold and not dispatched should any disputes be made whilst the order is in production i.e making a chargeback claim. Truly Exquisite will not ship out any order until we are free from any chargeback claims (up to 6 months). After this time your product will be sent to the delivery address provided.
All items will come as UK versions as standard, which includes the accessories. Any UK version phones/ipads will work in any country as our products are unlocked.
Truly Exquisite Ltd is in no way associated with Apple, Samsung, Beats by Dre in any capacity.
Customer shall back up all data stored on the Smartphone/tablet/apple watch to be customised before returning or submitting the device for customisation
Truly Exquisite Ltd does not accept any liability for data or software which is lost, corrupted, deleted or altered during repair. Customer accepts full responsibility for Customer software and data and truly exquisite are not required to advise or remind customers of appropriate backup and other procedures.
Truly Exquisite will not be liable for any damage caused to anyone or to other property or equipment by Goods supplied by us. Truly Exquisite will not be liable to pay any custom charges for the customer applied in your own country, this is solely the responsibility of the customer.. Please contact your local customs before placing an order if you are not sure of what the charges may be, by placing an order you accept full responsibilities for custom charges/taxes including charges incurred for item being sent back and returned for repair.
