Delivery of your item is usually between 21-28 days but can take longer in some circumstances.
We will send you an email confirmation provided with a tracking number once the item has left truly exquisite which you will be able to track on the courier's website.
We will only ship to credit card addresses only.
Truly Exquisite ship from Monday to Friday with exception of holidays. shipments outside the EU may take longer due to customs clearances.
Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. Any additional charges are not included in the price of your order and is solely the customers responsibility as we have no control over these charges and can not predict what these charges would be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information as customs policies vary from country to country. You may also be charged customs/taxes if an item is being sent back to you after repair, it is your responsibility to make sure you cover any custom charges and will not be the responsibility of Truly Exquisite in any way.
If Truly Exquisite have to cover any charges you will be billed for appropriate charges and costs.
Truly exquisite offers a 7 working day return policy for unused/unopened products we sell. For any products which have been customised (including plating unfortunately this means that these are non return/refundable).
If a product is faulty we will fix the item purchased as quick as possible. This can sometimes have a long delay if there is something wrong due to the network. If an item can not be fixed then we will exchange the item. There are no refunds for customised goods unless the item can not be repaired or replaced.
For Foil Stamped items please note that you may see some cracking in the foil stamping, we can not gaurantee that your foil stamped product will be free from any cracking.
