A. All of our products are made to order and there is an average lead time of 21-28 working days for your order to be customised and sent out once the design has been approved.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY ONCE MY ORDER IS READY?
A. We ship our orders via DHL/Fedex or UPS or Royal Mail in the UK. All of our shipments are fully insured. Most deliveries can take between 1 -3 working days. Please note that deliveries can be delayed by customs. Please see our international shipping page for more information.

Q. DO YOU CUSTOMISE PRODUCTS IF I ALREADY HAVE THEM?
A. Yes, we can customise certain products if you already have them. For more information please go to our Customisation page and fill out the form.

Q. ARE YOUR TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS BRAND NEW AND GENUINE?
A. All of our products are 100% brand new and genuine and bought directly from the manufacturer unless stated otherwise.

Q. CAN I HAVE A CUSTOM DESIGN OTHER THAN WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
A. Yes, we regularly make custom designs for our products that the customer wants other than what we have shown on our website, it can be anything from a logo, to your initials to a vectored picture. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss what we can do.

Q. DO YOU OFFER ANY KIND OF WARRANTY WITH YOUR PRODUCTS?
A. Yes, with our technology products we offer a 1 year warranty on hardware and normal intended use from date of purchase. It does not cover wear and tear that you have caused.

Q. HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
A. We accept payment via Paypal, you do not need a paypal account to make a transaction as paypal accept most cards. For orders over £4500, only orders made by Bank Transfer will be accepted.

Q. WHICH CRYSTALS DO YOU USE FOR ALL YOUR CRYSTAL ITEMS?
A. We only use genuine Swarovski Crystals bought from accredited Swarovski stockists for all of our crystal work.

Q. CAN I COME TO YOUR SHOWROOM AND PICK UP THE ITEM I WANT?
A. We are a E-commerce online business so unfortunately currently we do not have a showroom for you to visit.

Q. HOW LONG DO YOUR CUSTOMISED LUXURY ELECTRIC RIDE ON CARS TAKE TO PRODUCE?
A. Our specialist luxury ride on cars completion time can vary, depending on what needs doing it can take between 2 weeks or 8 weeks. Should you wish to find out an exact time we first need to know what you want customised to the cars.

Q. I'VE BOUGHT A SIMILAR PRODUCT TO YOURS ELSEWHERE, CAN YOU ASSEMBLE IT FOR ME?
A. Unfortunately, if your product was not bought from Truly Exquisite then we will not assemble someone else's product.

Q. IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY A GIFT CARD THAT I COULD GIFT TO SOMEONE?
A. Yes, we sell gift cards which you can use for yourself or gift to someone you know.

Q. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
A. For any customised products including plated phones, iPads, Apple Watches & and custom Swarovski Crystal products we do not accept any returns. Returns are only accepted for standard off the shelf products.
