For International orders we use DHL, Fedex and UPS as our couriers. All Deliveries are fully insured and this comes as no extra cost to the customer.
We provide worldwide shipping but if you're unsure if we can deliver to your destination please contact us first and we will confirm if we can deliver to your destination or not.
A delivery lead time is on average between 1-3 business days. Please note sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances deliveries can be delayed once they have been dispatched and may take longer than 1-3 days, we try our best to get your order delivered as quick as possible but sometimes delays can happen which are out of our hands.
When your order is ready to be delivered you will receive an email with the tracking number which you can use to track where your order is and when it's likely to arrive.
When ordering from trulyexquisite.co.uk, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Truly Exquisite Limited has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
We are unfortunately unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. That is because we cannot guarantee that the change in our system will be effective before the shipment takes place, and also to avoid possible frauds. You can still contact our Customer Care team for advice.
If you are not around when delivery has been attempted you will need to get in touch with the courier to organise a re-delivery.
